Abstract
In August 1985, forty-eight international papers on x-ray multilayered optics were presented at the SPIE annual symposium in San Diego. The number of presentations given in the three-day conference entitled Applications of Thin-Film Multilayered Structures to Figured X-Ray Optics (SPIE Proceedings Volume 563) reflects the current high level of activity and interest in this field, which continues to rise.
