Abstract
The SrS : Eu 0.02 2 + , Dy 0.01 3 + phosphors modified with stearic acid (SA) were compounded with the polyvinyl butyral (PVB) matrix to improve its chemical stability and luminescence properties. The structure and luminescence properties of modified and unmodified SrS : Eu 0.02 2 + , Dy 0.01 3 + and SrS : Eu 0.02 2 + , Dy 0.01 3 + / PVB composites were studied.
