Abstract
Dynamic range is an important criterion for measuring the quality of CMOS image sensors, which is used to describe the ability of sensors in the detected scene to reflect the bright part and the dark part. In this paper, the research of CMOS dynamic range lifting technology is carried out, and the multiple slope integration technique of conditional reset is expounded in detail, and the experimental verification is carried out on CMOS camera system based on CMV20000. The experimental results show that the multiple slope integration technique can significantly improve the dynamic range of CMOS images.
