Abstract
Digitalization of economic processes has influenced the existing mechanisms of analysis and structuring of market relations and created new forms of organization of interaction between companies and potential consumers. The digital economy has led to the development of a new business orientation – customer orientation. The basis of the successful digitalization of the economy is a marketing approach. The result of planning marketing activities in a digital environment is the development of digital marketing strategies. As part of strategic planning, the main elements of future interaction between companies and consumers are being worked out, content in demand from customers is being created, and new ways of supporting the target audience are being formed not only in the process of making a purchase decision but also in after-sales service.
