Abstract
Some effective usage of the radial GRIN lens in camera zoom systems are presented and lens design examples are shown. Also, effective Abbe number of a cemented GRIN lens is discussed and it is shown that a GRIN lens with uncomon dispersion can be replaced by the cemented GRIN lens with common disparsion.
