Abstract
Molecular mobility of protein macromolecules is determined by their net charge and the ionic strength of the solution. In this paper we report the first results of simultaneous measurement of the dynamic and static parameters of plasma blood proteins in dilute water solutions with different pH and ionic strengths. It is possible to determine such parameters of macromolecules as molecular weight, shape, surface charge and interaction force between macromolecules using the light scattering method.' The intensity of light scattering is determined by the mean square value of the polarizability fluctuation < Ea >2.
