Abstract
For this study designed and made HNDT experimental unit and special heat loading device inhomogeneous light intensity Br-W lamp. This paper gives experimental setup figure ( involve heat-loading device and optical arrangement ). This paper also shown some double-exposure holographic fringe patterns of GFRP honeycomb structure with all kinds of defects.

In this paper the feasibility of using holographic detective method to check the bonding quality of a glass fibre reinforced plastic honeycomb structure product of which the skin is of 1.2 mm in thickness and the honeycomb core is of 8 mm in height is studied. The holographic interference pattern with different depth, different equivalent area and different type of defects is discussed. The colour of surface layer of the honeycomb structure is also explored and discussed.

By testing we studied the factors affecting the hologram quality, such as selection of beam path, selection of angle between reference beam and object beam, ratio of object beam intensity to reference beam intensity, specially, selection of kind of heat-loading source and it's technical parameter etc. At last we found the reasonable technical parameter.

We measured mechanical properties of test specimens and products with flaw. It be sure that single defect of equivalent area S≤4sq cm don't effect on mechanical strength of GFRP honeycomb structure product at room temperature state. That study offered very useful data to make acceptance criteria of GFRP honeycomb structure product.

It makes sure that with the integrate analysis method and according to the form of the interference fringe the size and property of defects can be defined. The depth of the defects can also be estimated by experience.
