Abstract
New correlation methods of single fiber multi mode interferometer signal processing based on intensity correlation filter and on correlation holographical filter are developed. It is shown that this filter's output power directly depends on correlation coefficient of deformed and undeformed single fiber interferometer interference signals. It allows us to measure the value of interferometer deformation. It is shown that the holographical filter allows us to provide bigger dynamic range of measurement than the interferometer correlation filter.
