Optoelectronic sensors of physical values use influence effect of a measuring signal on information light flow parameters. A multifunctional microelectronic sensor, which belongs to the group of sensor with internal amplitude modulation, is proposed. The application of an analogue liquid crystal indicator for visualization of external action is proposed. Using of this sensor will permit to increase sensitivity of measurement of external field value and to observe visually its variation.
