Abstract
We have investigated the influence of the CoO impurity and that of the substrate temperature on the transmittance spectra of the as-deposited and annealed titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin films prepared by means of the electron-beam evaporation technique. Also we have investigated the polarimetric properties of the undoped TiO2 thin film using the Mueller matrix polarimetry technique.
