Abstract
The principles of spectral calibration in Lab for Hyper-spectral imager are briefly expounded. The methods of spectral calibration used at home and abroad are investigated, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The method of spectral calibration is given, and its advantage is introduced. The method for making choices of light sources and the coating of the integrating sphere are proposed. Finally, the influential factors of calibration uncertainty of this method are analyzed.
