Abstract

Transverse axial positron annihilation coincidence detection tomography with circular ring transaxial positron camera (CRTAPC) will be described. Some of the merits and charac-teristics of the circular ring geometry in comparison to others will be discussed, and performances of the CRTAPC will be presented.
