The ILT960 is a compact portable miniature spectrometer used to measure both the light's amplitude and wavelength and provide calibrated spectral irradiance, radiance or power measurements. There are three products in the ILT960 series, each with configured optics kits. The ILT960-UV for UV light measurement applications, the ILT960-VIS for VIS light measurement applications, and the ILT960-BB for Broad Band light measurement applications. The ILT960 kits are combined with high end optics for proper light collection including diffusers for cosine correction, integrating spheres for total flux, and radiance barrels for a narrow field of view. All ILT960 spectrometers include both wavelength and optical NIST traceable - ISO17025 accredited calibrations with certification and data files. Complimentary SpectrILight III software is included at no cost and DLLs are available upon request.
