Abstract
In this paper, by studying the particularity of the photon-noise transfer method, a noise model for testing the electron multiplication charge coupled device (EMCCD) using the photon-n simulation test was carried out by using the mathematical model of CCD97 of E2V company , and experimental verification was carried out , the simulation and test results were researched and analyzed of the simulation and test results.
