Abstract
We embarked on a project to determine the feasibility of treating carotid artery stenosis with the laser and the clinical results of recanalizing peripheral arteries as a "by-product" of these studies. On the other hand, we present a 4-year follow-up of nearly 300 percutaneous disc denaturations in siatic pain patients. Both methods minimize traditional surgical procedures.
