Abstract
In recent years, the domestic waterlogging disasters occurred frequently in many cities, and the water environment problems were prominent, which have seriously affected the normal production and life, and it caused great economic losses. Shangyu was the research object, shangyu had established a two-dimensional hydrodynamic water quality mathematical model of East Zhejiang water diversion project, and the model was verified by the measured data. Furthermore, the influence of different diversion schemes on water quality indexes such as hydrodynamic, BOD and Do. and the engineering measures optimized new drainage sluice and connection project. After adding drainage sluice between Dongjin sluice and No.2 sluice, the flow velocity of Shangyu river network increased by 10% - 20%, and the water level decreased significantly; Through the diversion tunnel, the flow velocity of Zaoli Lake, Baima Lake, Dongpo Lake and Xipo Lake was increased by 258.9%, and water quality reached the standard, it was shortened from 15 hours to 10 hours, and the final pollutant concentration can be reduced to 2mg/L, which meets the class I water quality standard. This shows that the newly flood gate and connection project will greatly improve the flood control and drainage capacity of Shangyu District, then effectively improve the regional water environment, it has a good significance for alleviating the pressure of urban waterlogging and enhancing the capacity of urban regional development.
