Abstract
The main research content of this paper is to improve and optimize the signal processing circuit of the electromagnetic current meter on the basis of the existing electromagnetic current meter technology to improve the measurement accuracy of the electromagnetic current meter. In order to collect and calculate data, we choose STM32 series MCU, which is an ultra-low power consumption 32-bit MCU with Arm Cortex M4 core. Its advantages are: strong performance, low power consumption, and fast frequency. Based on STM32L496, we carry out the signal processing circuit design of the electromagnetic current meter, the circuit includes: analog signal processing board, digital signal processing board. At the same time, we have completed the processing and debugging of the signal processing board of the electromagnetic current meter. After that, we completed the overall installation and joint adjustment of the electromagnetic current meter, laboratory tests, and conducted tank tests and marine tests, recorded and analyzed data records and analysis.
