Abstract
With the continuous promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading in China, the demand for servo system is growing, and in some specific occasions, such as industrial sewing machine, SMT machine and so on, fast and accurate position control is needed. The traditional three - closed - loop control system has been unable to meet its control requirements. This paper presents a position control and speed regulation method based on voltage vector amplitude and Angle adjustment. This method optimizes the PI regulator parameters and adds a fine-tuning process under the traditional three closed loop control system. After the hardware system and software system are completed, the experimental platform is set up to verify the actual hardware function and the feasibility of the control algorithm. And the speed and position feedback of the motor are printed through the serial port to detect and verify the position control. Compared with the traditional method, the experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively shield the overshoot generated by the three closed-loop system and can quickly position the rotor of the motor, thus achieving "fast", "accurate" and "stable" rotor position positioning.
