Abstract
Aiming at the problem of underequent synchronization in ultra-high-layer jacking platform construction, based on the site conditions, the main reason is due to the unevenness of the stack, which causes the tape lifting force. For the reasons, the jacking platform system is optimized, and the fuzzy PID control calculation is combined on the control of the "master from mode", and the design model uses the MATLAB / SIMULINK software to simulate, the result shows that the jacking error of the new jacking system is almost 0.The new jacking system meets the requirements of synchronous jacking, speeds up the jacking speed and eliminates the potential safety hazards caused by asynchronous jacking.
