Abstract
Earthquake resilient structure has become a research hotspot of the seismic engineering. At present, resilient structures can be mainly divided into replaceable structure, rocking wall structure and self-centering structure. An overview of the development history and the research status in the experimental research, theoretical analysis, evaluation indexes and practical application of rocking wall systems at home and abroad are presented in this paper. Finally, the development trend and further research topics of the rocking wall system are listed.
