Abstract
With the continuous improvement of earth observation system in China, the Remote sensing satellite image mode, band number and resolution are increasingly diversified, the amount of data is increasing exponentially, the speed of data acquisition is accelerating, and the timeliness is becoming stronger and stronger. The efficient information extraction and application of remote sensing satellite image are facing great challenges. This article proposes design ideas and technical approaches from three aspects of artificial intelligence: computing power, algorithms and data. Establish a technical system for intelligent analysis and application of satellite remote sensing data, and improve the ability of intelligent analysis and application of remote sensing data in China
