Abstract

Aiming at safety improvement of a hub interchange ring ramp in use, the existing factors which infects traffic safety will be analyzed. Which are identified by road alignment, such as turning radius, sight distance and curve superelevation. The road technical conditions and the vehicle speed data will be obtained through radar and field investigation. In addition with the traffic accident analysis,the modeling and simulation in TruckSim, the main reasons for accidents will be figured .Therefore, provide strong technical support for future traffic safety improvement.
