Abstract
Objective: To review the application of VR technology in anxiety disorders for reference in the industry.Methods: This paper searched the relevant research documents at home and abroad from 2011 to 2021, and analyzes the changes of the number of virtual reality technology in the number of anxiety disorder research, the application of virtual reality technology in the treatment of anxiety disorder, and the distribution group of the research.Results: A total of 717 documents were retrieved, mainly involving three groups: anxiety patients, different types of clinical patients, and healthy people with social anxiety. The use of virtual technology mainly included the separate use of virtual technology and intervention research combined with traditional methods.Conclusion: Virtual technology has good applicability in different types of anxiety groups, and its intervention effect is more significant than conventional methods, moreover VR combining with conventional training methods can get better effect as well .Virtual technology has broad application prospects. With the maturity of this technology, the virtual reality technology can be combined with more different treatment methods to further apply and study, and continuously expand the scope of the research group.
