Abstract
Aiming at the problems of cumbersome wiring, high power consumption, low precision, and low signal-to-noise ratio in the practical application of the electrochemical hydrogen sulfide sensor in coal mines, a wireless sulfid e sensor based on Wave-Mesh networking wireless networking module and C8051F021 microcontroller was desi gned. The hydrogen sensor completes signal amplification, analog-to-digital conversion and software filtering thr ough the internal integrated circuit of the single-chip meter, and uses the idle sleep mechanism inside the singl e-chip microcomputer to complete the low-power processing of the whole machine, combined with the Wave-M esh networking wireless networking module. Wireless transmission. Through the basic error and power consump tion experiments, the results show that the power consumption of the sensor can be controlled within 49mAh, the sensor accuracy meets the requirements of industry standards, and the continuous and reliable monitoring of hydrogen sulfide in coal mines can be realized.
