Abstract
In order to solve the problems of manual traction, slow clamping speed and low efficiency of traditional clamper, a clamping scheme suitable for rapid clamping of rocket ammunition box was proposed. Through actions of components, the clamper can clamp and release the rocket ammunition box without appropriative power device and manual traction. The hoisting dynamics simulation under horizontal and inclined conditions was carried out using multi-body dynamics analysis software. In addition, the parametric model for the clamper was established to optimized mechanism size. The overall size was reduced by 10%. The results show that the clamper can be used for rocket launcher loading.
