Abstract
A wind power generation Co., Ltd. in Inner Mongolia. On a certain day in 2017, when eliminating the defects of a wind turbine, the operation inspection personnel found that a high-strength connecting bolt at the connection between the foundation ring of the wind turbine and the first cylinder section of the tower was broken and failed.
