Abstract
In the wake of COP26 climate summit in Glasgow, countries around world began to tighten their regulations on carbon emission and prioritize research targeting energy conservation. One of the fields that energy conservation can be promoted is oil exploitation, where pumping units are the main facilities. The pumping units on oil fields are critical for energy production around the world, they often operate in extremely tough and complex environment and have a range of parameters to be managed and controlled. In the operation process of pumping units, there is great quantity of potential energy wasted. Aiming at addressing these issues, a solution of oil field pumping unit energy recovery management system was proposed in this paper, which can realize functions including monitoring and control of the pumping units, and management of the energy storage modules. The energy recovery management system was programmed under C# programming language and MVC architecture, and was improved using the SQLite database. To optimize the outer layer, the User Interface was enhanced with DevExpress toolkit. Apart from that, measures were taken to ensure the security and stability of the system. After systematical design, software test was successfully carried out, which proved this design is safe and stable and can effectively serve as energy recovery management system.
