Abstract
In order to solve the unbalanced between the heat supply of the heating system in the railway station area and the heat demand of various functional building, the problem of serious energy waste was caused. This paper proposed the time-space differential operation strategies that adopts the linkage adjustment between the heat source side and the building, and applied it to the railway station area to respond to the changing needs of the indoor temperature of each building in the railway station area. First, the heat source quality regulation operation strategy of the heating system in the existing railway station area was introduced. On this basis, respectively variable frequency water-mixing pump regulation to study the time-space differential operation strategies that can meet the needs of building indoor temperature. Then, taking the heating system of a railway station in Datong as an example, the simulation model of the heating system was established by Simulink. Finally, on the basis of verifying the high accuracy of the model. The dynamic response of indoor temperature and energy consumption of the system under three different operating strategies were compared and analyzed. The results show that the energy saving effect of heat source quality regulation + local variable frequency pump operation strategy is the best, and the energy saving rate is 41.43%. The heat source quality regulation + local variable frequency water-mixing pump operation strategy has the best indoor temperature regulation effect, and the indoor temperature qualification rate is 86%.
