Abstract
Reduce the use of SF6 gas to meet environmental requirements, to solve the problem of SF6 high voltage electrical equipment operating reliably at ultra-low temperature, SF6/N2 gas mixture is used as insulation or arc extinguishing medium, development of electric equipment for SF6/N2 gas mixture. Similarly, the higher the density of the SF6/N2 gas mixture in electrical equipment, the more insulated or arc-extinguishing it is. It is necessary to monitor the gas density, and also urgent to develop SF6/N2 mixed gas density relay to solve the problem of SF6 high voltage electrical equipment operating reliably at low temperature and ensure the safe operation of mixed gas high voltage electrical equipment. And it can achieve a better effect of energy saving and emission reduction. The higher the SF6 proportion under the same pressure, the stronger insulation capacity is. Therefore, it is necessary to develop SF6/N2 mixed gas density relay, this paper presents the development of high performance SF6/N2 mixed gas density relay, the realization method of high performance SF6/N2 mixed gas density relay is described. And Pass the performance test, It is proved that the SF6/N2 mixed gas density relay has good performance.
