Abstract
In view of the randomness of vehicle owner charging and the instability and fluctuation of wind power generation microgrid connected to the power grid, a multi-objective optimization model of electric vehicle (EV) charging and discharging in the microgrid connected to distribution network and its solution algorithm are proposed. The charge and discharge activity of EVs is modeled from the point of view of the power grid and EV users. The multi-objective optimization model is established to minimize the peak-valley difference of the original load curve and the charging cost of EV users, and the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to solve the problem. To verify the feasibility of the model, a region is selected to use the established model, then the Pareto-optimal front is obtained, and the final scheme is obtained based on the fuzzy logic theory. Different target weights and different V2G (Vehicle to Grid) responsiveness are simulated and analyzed, and the corresponding example results show that the proposed optimization strategy can better shave peak and fill valley of the distribution network load curve and bring economic benefits to users so that the power grid and users can achieve mutual benefit.
