Abstract

The commissioning of Lu-Gao-Zhao and Kun-Liu-Long DC projects has brought about significant structural changes in the main grid of China Southern Power Grid. In view of the complex AC/DC operation mode and inter-provincial complex transaction mode of China Southern Power Grid, this paper systematically carries out the research and application of interregional and inter-provincial dispatching plan system upgrade. Firstly, the characteristics of dispatching plan of China Southern Power Grid before putting into operation of three-terminal DC project are introduced, and the difficulties and adjustments brought to dispatching plan by putting into operation of three-terminal DC project are analyzed. According to the characteristics of three-terminal DC operation mode, the simplified processing mode of three-terminal DC scheduling plan based on feature disassembly is constructed to meet the needs of scheduling plan preparation under the new situation. Finally auxiliary analysis function of intelligent dispatching decision-making plan is developed and implemented spanned across the province to send electricity and power generation plan arrangement, days before scheduling execution and so on are widely used, fully verified the upgraded system, the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheduling plan, significantly improved the southern power grid system security, stability and economic operation level.
