Abstract
In order to improve the overall operation efficiency of the ball mill and reduce the production and operation costs, the low-speed and high torque permanent magnet synchronous motor is applied to realize direct drive of the ball mill. Based on the stress analysis of the original drive end cover and discharge port of the mill, the stiffener structure is adopted to increase the strength of the drive end. Through a large number of finite element analysis and comparison of simulation models, the appropriate structural design is obtained, and the corresponding conclusions are summarized The influence law between the strength and structural parameters of the driving parts in the new direct drive mode is analyzed, and the relevant design experience is summarized, which provides the necessary basis for the design and production of the new permanent magnet direct drive ball mill.
