Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the accuracy and effectiveness of infrared thermal imaging body temperature monitoring equipment in non-contact continuous body temperature monitoring, and to provide a scientific evidence for clinical application. Methods There were 30 volunteers to take part in the experiment. The body temperature of them was measured simultaneously by wireless body temperature tag and infrared thermal imaging body temperature monitoring device at the same room temperature. Data were recorded every 3min at the same room temperature and monitored for 8 hours, and the temperature values measured by the two temperature measuring devices were compared using SPSS and MedCalc software.The Bland-Altman analysis was performed using the MedCalc 19.0.7 statistical software to evaluate the consistency of the body temperature measured between the new infrared thermal imaging body temperature monitoring device and the wireless body temperature tag. Conclusion The temperature monitoring device of infrared thermal imaging is as accurate and stable as wireless body temperature tag. The temperature measurement data of clinical infrared thermal imaging temperature detection equipment is accurate and reliable, convenient, fast and safe, which is worth promoting.
