Abstract
In view of the inaccurate statistics of quality information, the accumulation of measurement tasks can not be measured in time, and the traceability of abnormal parts can not be realized in the process of parts inspection in the metering room of a manufacturing enterprise, a measuring room parts measuring system was designed based on B/S architecture. In view of some problems that exist in the process of measuring parts in the measuring room, this system provides solutions through modules. The system uses Java programming language and selects MySQL database for data storage. The front-end measurement system page uses Thymeleaf template engine and the back-end uses SpringBoot framework to realize the business logic. Through the practical application in a manufacturing enterprise, the system can meet the business needs of the enterprise to solve the problems of low efficiency and inaccurate data filling in the measurement process.
