Abstract
In view of the limitations of the current teaching quality evaluation methods of teachers in various colleges and universities, this paper at first takes five teachers in our institute as an example to establish a scientific evaluation index system according to the standards of teacher teaching quality evaluation. After the weight of each indicator is determined through the hierarchical analysis method, it overcomes the subjectivity of directly giving weights to a certain extent. Then by using the grey correlation projection method to evaluate this teaching quality indicators of the five teachers were comprehensively evaluated and sorted by the evaluation results.
