Abstract
In order to solve the problems such as frequent shutdown of the production line and increased material loss due to the large amount of hard caked tobacco after the moisture regain is loosened, a set of caked tobacco dividing device is designed at the entrance of the HAUNI conditioning cylinder. The test data shows that the application of the new design increases the amount of caked tobacco separation and falling into the cylinder to an average of 9 pieces, and the amount of loose hard slices is also reduced to an average of 9.8 Kg per 8000Kg production batch. The design of the device improves the production stability, reduces the loss of materials, and effectively meets the requirements of high-quality development of the enterprise.
