Abstract
Most of the existing coating machine need manual operation, such as power on, power off, adjusting the gap of paper feeding, oil thickness and so on. Experienced operators know how to adjust, but there will be errors, affecting the quality of products. This paper designs an automatic UV coating machine, which can solve the above problems. In this design, PLC intelligent control system is used instead of manual adjustment operation, and the feed gap and oil thickness are automatically detected by photoelectric sensor. And the system with memory function, according to different materials can adjust the parameters, the implementation of the best effect. Software intelligent operation, reduce the technical requirements of operators, so as to improve the production efficiency and quality stability of products. Solidworks is used to design the structure of the whole machine. Fluent is used to analyze the flow field of the coating process. The integrity of the machine is verified by combining theory with practice.
