Abstract
For a long time, the problem of power transmission and transformation projects in China is common, which not only affects the investment benefits of power grid enterprises, but also affects the future operation and management, so the control of the project cost is of great significance. Cost evaluation is an important means of investment control of power transmission and transformation projects. The quality level of evaluation will directly affect the effect of cost control, and the efficiency and benefit of project investment. Therefore, this paper puts forward the cost evaluation and optimization technology of power transmission and transformation projects based on data mining, which provides reference and guidance for improving the cost evaluation quality of power transmission and transformation projects and improving the investment efficiency level of power grid enterprises.
