Abstract
Sarcomas are the deadliest tumors of the mouth and jaw. Among all the oral cancers, squamous cell carcinoma is one of the most common tumors. It is responsible for more than 80% of all cancers. Thus, attention and healthcare should be paid in the aspects of oral cancer and its treatment, especially for epithelial and squamous cell carcinomas. In this scenario, recent progression for oral cancer treatment is in great demand for analysis and comparison. As a major breakthrough in cancer treatment, targeted therapy has remarkable potential to replace traditional treating options.
