Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet information technology and wireless communication technology the demand for intelligent construction operation in production enterprises is increasing, and the requirements of wireless positioning technology are becoming more and more stringent, but due to the influence of the complex indoor environment, the outdoor positioning system has been unable to meet the needs of indoor positioning. At present, the relatively mature indoor positioning technologies include WI-FI, Bluetooth, infrared, RFID and so on, which have a common disadvantage: large positioning error. Therefore, in this paper, combined with the problems existing in the on-site construction of production enterprises, taking stm32 as the main control chip, using UWB communication and positioning technology, independently designed PCB, developed an intelligent monitoring system based on UWB positioning technology, which can not only meet the outdoor high-precision positioning, but also achieve indoor centimeter positioning. At the same time, the system is equipped with voice, video and other modules, combined with the terminal display platform to realize the functions of mobile track display, voice interaction, image transmission and so on, which is convenient for managers and wearers to use together. To ensure real-time monitoring of the construction process and timely handling of emergencies.
