Abstract
Realizing energy transition involves developing new clean and low-carbon power systems. The article combines the meaning and fundamental qualities of the new power system under the double carbon goal, analyzes the difficulties and opportunities encountered during the construction of the new power system, and on the basis of this, establishs a new type of power system prediction model and proposes the development direction of the new power system from three perspectives, such as the power side, grid side, and energy storage side.
