Abstract
In the era of rapid development of railway industry, the switch machine is one of the important equipment to ensure the safe operation of trains, which has a pivotal strategic significance for the high-speed railway industry. The traditional switch equipment and switch machine fault diagnosis generally adopts the "experience method", this method has some problems, such as troubleshooting and labor time, fault diagnosis is not accurate, fault coverage is not comprehensive. In view of the above problems, this paper studies an intelligent tester, in order to reduce labor costs, improve diagnostic efficiency, and ensure the safety of railway system operation.
