Abstract
Aiming at the poor experience of home-oriented sleep monitoring technology and the insufficient accuracy of single physiological signal for sleep staging, this paper proposes a sleep staging method by cardiopulmonary signal. Based on the non-contact high-sensitivity optical fiber sensor that satisfies high comfort at home, high-quality cardiopulmonary signal during sleep is obtained, and through algorithm analysis of cardiopulmonary signal separation-extraction synchronization, it overcomes the interference of body motion and realizes a high-quality A sleep staging algorithm for cardiopulmonary signal. Comparing with polysomnography for whole night sleep, this method can achieve an overall accuracy of 83.25%, providing a solution for sleep staging monitoring in a home environment.
