Abstract
With the advance of the technology of threshing and re-drying, the formula threshing mode guided by the quality homogeneity of tobacco leaves will become the mainstream. A high-quality threshing and re-drying formula module can achieve the stability of the intrinsic quality and physical quality of tobacco leaves, make full use of tobacco leaves, improve the value of tobacco leaves purchased by tobacco re-drying processing enterprises, and give full play to the characteristics and use value of raw material modules. The most important requirement of high-quality threshing and re-drying formula module tobacco is stable quality, and the fluctuation of internal chemical composition is controlled at a low level, that is, the homogenization processing technology of formula module will become the key technology affecting the quality stability. This paper, which used Apriori algorithm, multivariate analysis of variance and principal component analysis, analyzes the parameters of threshing and re-drying technology through some algorithms, which can provide effective guidance for actual production. The results showed that during the threshing stage, the indicators of the one-threshing and third-separation, the one-threshing and fourth-separation, the one-threshing and fifth-separation had the highest impact on the rates of large and medium-sized leaves and stems in the middle of the leaves, the re-drying stage, temperature, relative humidity, and the temperatures in the first, second, and third drying zones had a higher impact on tobacco quality.
