Abstract
The demand forecast of aviation spare parts is one of the important links of aviation supplies support. Many forecasting methods can predict the demand of aviation spare parts to a certain extent, but in practice, the lack of historical data and known information often occur, and many forecasting models will fail to carry out forecasting work. In view of the lack, based on the grey theory, this paper discusses the establishment and the test of the grey model, studies and analyzes the demand forecasting method of aviation spare parts based on the grey model, and finally proves its effectiveness through an example.
