Abstract
With the goals of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality", a large number of comprehensive energy systems with new energy as the theme have begun to be built, and research on the integrated system of "solar storage, charging and discharging" has been carried out based on photovoltaic consumption demand. First, establish an integrated system architecture of optical storage, charging and discharging. Secondly, the charging demand of electric vehicles is analyzed, and the photovoltaic power generation system and energy storage system are analyzed and modeled. Thirdly, the economic regulation model of the integrated system of solar storage, charging and discharging is established with carbon emissions as the penalty cost, and the improved whale algorithm is used to solve it. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by case analysis.
