Abstract
In order to study the turn damage phenomenon of the six-pole armature, a three-dimensional model of the six-pole electromagnetic rail transmitter was firstly established, and the armature turn judgment model was built by the 1g/A rule; the electromagnetic-structural coupling was performed by using ANSYS finite element simulation software, and the electromagnetic force on the armature, the contact pressure on the armature arm and the deformation state of the armature under the occurrence of turn time were found out, and the occurrence of armature turn was judged.
