Abstract
After the denitrification of a thermal power unit with ultra-low emission transformation, the denitrification automatic control could not be put in effectively for a long time. By analyzing the denitrification control principle and NOx generation mechanism, the control scheme is redesigned to combine the internal mode control (IMC) with the traditional PIDFeedforward control. The results of simulation experiments show that the regulation effect of this method is better than the general PID control. Through the field application in thermal power units, it is proved that this optimized control strategy can effectively realize the precise control of ammonia injection quantity, improve denitrification efficiency and avoid excessive ammonia injection under the premise of meeting environmental protection requirements.
