Abstract
In order to accurately analyze the acceleration load acting on the general FPSO pipeline system, based on the potential flow theory, the hydrodynamic calculation software is used to analyze the long-term forecast value of the acceleration of the general FPSO under different overrun probabilities, and the calculated value of the fatigue load coefficient for fatigue evaluation is obtained, and the regression analysis is carried out. At the same time, the design wave method is used to convert the acceleration envelope value at any position of the general-purpose FPSO into a fatigue evaluation load, and a simplified formula for acceleration calculation is fitted. The results show that the applicability of the simplified formula is ideal. Provides a simple algorithm for calculating acceleration loads for general-purpose FPSOs.
