Abstract
With the rapid development of rail transit, passenger comfort and other indicators began to receive more and more attention, the stability and comfort of subway vehicles have higher requirements. The stability test of subway train is usually used for the performance evaluation of new cars, which is one of the important parts of the type test of new cars. In this paper, the dynamic performance test of PW80E-I(G) type metro bogie is firstly carried out. According to《GB/T5599-2019 Specification for Evaluation and Test of Locomotive and Rolling Stock Dynamic Performance》and《GB/T14894-2005 Inspection and Test Rules after Assembly of Urban Rail Transit Vehicles》and other standards, The stability and safety of the bogies were evaluated under no-load and heavy load conditions as well as air spring failure and normal operation. Through the calculation and analysis of the data, the operation quality of the starting vehicle and trailer under aw0 and aw3 working conditions is obtained, and the comprehensive dynamic evaluation of PW80E - Ⅰ (G) Metro is carried out. The test results show that the vehicle running safety index meets the requirements, the running stability index is excellent, and the bogie frame does not appear lateral instability phenomenon.
